I made this stone in lapidary class, and then just set it with a bare-bones wire contraption thing. I'm pretty proud of this, it's not that "artistic" or whatnot, but I feel especially attached to it because I shaped the stone, too.

And more...
So many things went wrong in the process of making this pendant. But I like how it turned out.
More for the Show
A celtic knot pendant that Ian made! He's such a damn great artist, I need a little bit of his perfection skills. The knot symbolizes strength and metalworking, if I'm remembering correctly. Pretty cool.
And then there was this thing, haha. I just pulled together a bunch of random pieces, and I'm kind of really fond of it.
Bracelets for the Show
Ian and I are going to be in the metal arts sale/show next week for the first time, these are some pieces I made for it.
Spine-inspired.
Tried to get the same look as I did last year with this style of foldform. Didn't get it.

This is a terrible picture of this, but there's really no great way to photograph it...it's a cement-textured foldformed cuff, that laces up.

Abstract petal ring
Nickel wire, copper scrap piece- etched surface (can't see it in the photo), with color by fire. I love the red.
Caged ring
Hollowform-ish.
Made this a month or so ago, guess I forgot to take a photo of it. I'll be making a second one soon, with spikes, if it goes according to plan...
